We are looking for a project leader for certification and compliance in Product Development in general, but preferably towards Powertrain system. A person who knows that the key to business success is curiosity, drive for result and a desire to learn.

Position Description
Powertrain Engineering Sweden within Volvo Group Trucks Technology is working with developing, industrializing, and maintaining heavy duty engines, transmissions, and electro mobility solutions for the commercial transportation business. The development sites are mainly located in Gothenburg and Curitiba. The Engineering Quality team includes around 20 persons working in different roles. The team's mission is to have a holistic view on quality, safety and environmental aspects throughout a products life cycle.
In your role as certification and compliance engineer you will focus on developing, performing and follow-up certification and compliance activities including interpreting and breaking down legal requirements. Develop documentation needed for authority approval and communicate and share knowledge related to certification and compliance in the organization.

• You have great communication skills, capacity to get things done and the ability to create good working atmosphere
• You have a can-do attitude and the ability to motivate and lead others
• You have experience from the automotive business and/or compliance related work
• You are confident working in global teams and you are fluent in English, written and spoken
• B.SC is advised
