We are now looking for a Capability Specialist in Capability Area Engineering where you will be a subject matter expert and develop knowledge within the area of PLM. In the assignment you will contribute with the implementation of PLM, the development of ways of working, tools, methods, and competence to enable the business to perform and deliver towards strategies and goals in an efficient and effective way.
As a Capability Specialist you will work in Range Operations, where we have the assignment to create optimal preconditions for the business and people to design, develop and manage the IKEA range offer in a connected and optimized IKEA value chain - to deliver growth and enable low cost.
The Capability Specialist
Has a solid understanding of how the RA's operate and can translate this into needs for improved ways of working.
Solid knowledge in PLM and have an understanding how it works - maybe you are a super user.
Has a strong will to develop and continuously improve area of expertise.
Is a goal- and delivery oriented with a passion for details and excellence in operation.
Has a strong desire influence and make a difference and to share knowledge and competence with others to strengthen the IKEA capabilities.
Builds trust and relationships with teams through long-term business partnership and is confident in interacting with multiple stakeholders.
Can build strong networks to identify and capture business opportunities and deliver results through timely engagements.
As a person, you can build good and strong relations between people, create a trustful and creative working environment based on the IKEA values. You are organized and a self-starter and ensure that your deadlines are met. You work independently and lead across organizations with clarity and confidence.
You are structured and well-organized and able to work in an environment of enabling collaboration and co-creation and with many tasks ongoing simultaneously. You have good communication skills and are able to inspire others in start-up and develop initiatives. We believe you have a couple of years of experience working with product development within the engineering area.
