The company is currently expanding, and the calibration team needs to grow with a Calibration Manager for Maintenance, who will be the central figure for all software and calibration updates for products already in the market. They believe in collaboration and building products together. This role involves close collaboration with various departments to enhance and develop new features that require fine-tuning and calibration to optimize on-road performance. Calibration has a global reach, impacting the driving experience for trucks worldwide, providing opportunities to collaborate with engineers from all development sites.

Here, you'll not only work closely with products and customers but also become part of a global presence, opening doors to collaboration with dedicated colleagues from around the world. As a Calibration Manager, you'll be the linchpin for all software and calibration updates on existing engines. Below is a selection of the tasks you'll be working on daily:

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

• Develop calibration plans and lead calibration review meetings
• Ensure revisions in Creta are updated with the latest calibrations from all calibration teams
• Prioritize calibration activities among different teams (e.g., combustion, vehicle, and driveline)
• Define, plan, and monitor verification activities

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• Has completed a Master's degree in Engineering
• Has a strong technical interest and demonstrates it throughout the recruitment process
• Is fluent in English as it's the corporate language and used daily

It is meritorious if you have
• Experience in calibration, preferably within the automotive and trucking industries
• A commercial driver's license
