Calibration Leader- Traction Battery System

The department Electric Propulsion Systems is responsible for all development of all major parts of the hybrid and electric vehicle systems. Sub-system such as Batteries, Electric Drives, Power supply and Chargers are some of our responsibilities. The department is a part of the unit Powertrain. The group, Electrical Energy Storage System, within the department of Electronic Propulsion Systems is responsible for the traction Battery system and all its specifications. The battery is developed as a complete delivery unit by one sub-supplier. Within the group we are responsible for the usage of the battery including durability/life expectancy.

As Calibration Leader you will be responsible The Calibration leader is responsible for the calibration in general, you will develop the time plans together with KASW/Project leaders. You will follow up and make sure the calibration progress as planed and report any deviations to project leaders. You will also be part responsible for the calibration process.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for calibration of the complete BMS system
• Coordinating the team and ensure all properties are in line with the product specifications
• Develop calibration plans for our projects
• Develop calibration methods for various functions
• Work in close collaboration with project leaders

Required qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Experience from Calibration of eg. Engine Control Management/Transmission
• Good knowledge of calibration processes within automotive business
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Control Management or equivalent is meritorious
• Skilled in calibration tools like INCA/DETECS is of course is meritorious
