We are now looking for a Cab Climate Feature Leader (also known as Climate Attribute Leader) to strengthen our Cab Climate Feature and End User Function development. With global responsibility for Cab Climate, covering all sites and truck brands within the Volvo Group, we are responsible for designing and developing all features, functions, systems, and global components in the Climate area. As our Climate Feature Leader, your main objective is to understand our customers and their needs in daily work connected to Cab Climate Comfort. You break down the customer- and brand needs into requirements, plan and secure validation and share your expertise across department and organizations.

Requirements:
Academic degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
Knowledge and interest in Automotive Climate Feature development, Climate System or Climate/Thermal SW development.
Understanding how to plan, perform and analyze results from validation and verification.
Understanding of software development workflow and process.
Excellent communication-, networking- and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.
Experience in evaluation methods.
Driver license C/E is a merit.
