We are seeking a Buyer to enhance their team's capabilities. This role involves managing products within the Deceleration portfolio through various stages including development, sourcing, industrialization, and ongoing production. You will collaborate with a global, cross-functional team, working alongside other buyers, engineers, manufacturing, and logistics professionals. Your focus will be on enhancing value by emphasizing quality, cost-efficiency, and sustainability, a primary objective of our organization.
Your responsibilities include leading negotiations and developing relationships with an international supplier base, aiming for continual improvement in performance and competitiveness within the value chain. Additionally, you will manage order processing and ensure reliable capacity.
We are looking for an individual who is commercially savvy and results-driven!
You should be someone who:

You should have a strong business understanding, high integrity, and the ability to prioritize your workload to consistently meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills are crucial for maintaining positive supplier relations, and you should be adept at negotiation.
