Who you are
About the jobAs our new team member, you will support the Alfa Laval sales companies around the world growing the heat exchanger sales in pharmaceutical and related business. This support consists of taking on the full ownership of our offering, from creating business- and supply strategies for the heat exchangers, to building relations with suppliers and supporting sales companies with product- and industry expertise.This is an exciting challenge for a candidate enjoying a mix of strategic planning and execution on one hand and operational pulse on the other.
Who are you?You have a background in equipment for pharma, preferably heat exchangers, knowing the special considerations, including hygiene, quality and documentation. To enjoy and thrive in this position you need a strategic mind set, as well as the ability to quickly switch focus when a customer needs attention.
You are a good communicator, in writing as well as verbally. To enjoy and be successful in this position, you naturally take initiatives and want to be involved in technical and commercial decisions. Experience from designs in HTRI is valuable. Formally we think you have a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities:
Implement and further develop the business- and supply strategies for Alfa Laval heat exchangers for the Pharma industry
Support Alfa Laval sales companies with heat exchanger supply questions, including thermal designs and mechanical configurations
Secure and develop the supply chain for the products in question
Secure and develop the product documentation
Train colleagues and partners in industry-, product- and application knowledge
PracticalitiesThe Alfa Laval Head Quarter in Lund is the natural location for this position. Domestic and international travelling to customers and suppliers is a part of this position and would be about 45 days/year.
