Job Summary
Would you like to drive change of our future tools and ways of working?
Liquid Food Solutions has a global role to develop and deliver customized equipment and line solutions for the dairy, beverage, prepared food and plant-based industry.
We are looking for a Senior Business Transformation Project Manager to drive business transformation projects related to implementation of new tools, new work processes and new way of working. The position offers a wide internal and external network in a global organisation.
The position is permanent and will be based in Lund.
What you will do
Drive change management and secure culture change goes hand in hand with the new way of working
Manage stakeholders from different parts of our organization and give recommendations, to facilitate project decisions and secure our business needs are met
Manage projects from start to end, including requirement and risk analysis, planning of internal and external resources, communication and documentation
We believe you have
at least 7 years experience from leading business transformation projects
a university degree in Engineering
experience from working with Product Life cycling systems
PMI certification
fluent in English, both written and spoken

We believe you are structured while showing flexibility and have great collaboration skills with the ability to build trust on different levels, listening as well as influencing. You are self-driven, committed to deliver on business needs and deliver projects on time with quality. You have the ability to keep a holistic view and can deal with a high level of uncertainties and dependencies, whilst still being able to give a clear direction to your team and stakeholders.
