Reference to KNAPP-Moving CEO/COO.
Responsible for management and development of the global Pallet Handling Systems (PHS) business segment.
Manage and develop a high skilled minor support team (sales and design) - further development of competences and behaviour needed to act as a professional Global Competence Centre.
Develop business relations to the regional sales management in HQ / Austria for the different business line areas in order to identify potential PHS assignments internal in the organisation.
Develop business relations and sell PHS solutions to external clients primarily in east, west and central Europe.
Streamline internal procedures and responsibilities from customer enquiry to implementation of solution.
Development of products, subsystems and solutions (own and sourced).
Knowledge:
Engineer with commercial extension.
English on negotiation level.
German on conversation level.
Experience:
Min. 5 years experience in international sales of complex technological systems - probably semi turnkey solutions.
Management of Material Handling System projects, incl. PHS, storage solutions, internal logistics systems etc.
Experienced in sourcing components for PHS.
Experienced with international environments.
Used to coach and lead minor teams.
Personality:
Creative, proactive, independent and self motivated.
