hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Nordea Bank AB i Ospecificerad arbetsort We are looking for Business Risk & Control Specialists and Senior Business Risk & Control Specialists to join Retail Banking's Financial Crime Risks and Controls team. Together we form a key role in preventing the bank from being exploited for money laundering, terrorist financing and sanctions violations purposes.
The position we offer
Financial Crime Risks and Controls in Retail Banking BRIS (Business Risk Implementation & Support) is responsible for the first line of defense implementation of anti-money laundering (AML), counter terrorist financing (CTF) and sanctions violations regulations in Retail Banking. This includes identifying strategic and tactical financial crime risks, and support in the design of effective controls.
Your responsibilities include:
• Support in design of effective controls against financial crime.
• Assess the effectiveness of existing controls for financial crime risks.
• Support and assist internal and external stakeholders in regards to inspections to ensure license to operate.
To ensure compliance in a rapidly changing environment a proactive and strategic approach is essential, but at the same time a constant awareness and handling of more short-term challenges and goals.
We are a truly Nordic, cross-functional team with dedicated experts on financial crime regulations and financial crime controls. Our responsibilities cover Retail Banking's business in all Nordic and Baltic countries, with a broad spectrum of customer segments, products and channel types.
The qualifications you need
The successful candidate must have a sound sense for non-financial risks and a genuine interest in financial crime. Previous work experience with AML, CTF or Sanctions violations risks or controls is a must. Knowledge of Nordea's customer systems in any of the Nordic countries is beneficial, so are a strong analytical mindset and the ability to draw conclusions from large amounts of data.
Our strength comes from diversity, and we are looking for candidates with a background in financial industry, law enforcement, risk consultant firm or with other relevant experience. Any experience from project management or other project work is a big plus.
The ability to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders is essential, and we think the suitable candidate has a Master's degree or equivalent experience.
