hela Sverige We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager (BRM) for a Nordics Retail Customer of TCS. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Relationship Management:
o Managing the overall relationship with H&M
o Working with H&M management and procurement team to establish, manage and meet quality objectives, service level requirements, expectations and to align the delivery of services with the needs of H&M
o Monthly Operations Review with H&M IT leadership
o Escalation Management
o Respond to RFP and review and formalize proposals and contracts
o Building customer specific knowledge which can be leveraged to add value to the TCS offerings for the customer
o Engage with customer and delivery governance and manage issues
People Management:
o Interface with all level of customer organization for fulfilling business development needs
o Coordination with TCS associates towards creating comprehensive solutions for the customer
o Manage TCS associates' expectations and fulfill supervisor's responsibilities
Management Responsibilities:
o Work with TCS Account manager and Delivery manager to ensure that the TCS team works to meet the deliveries and SLAs as committed.
o Work with TCS Legal and Finance teams to ensure compliance and alignment
o Work with Client Partner for contract management
Business Development:
o Responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the concerned business area as well as nurture, coordinate the overall program management
o Developing and nurturing existing and new customer relationships for business development and also ensuring success of existing engagements
PROFILE
You have at least 18 years of experience in the following:
• IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
• Business development and creating GTM strategy
• CXO level client relationship management
• Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
Also, you are experienced in Business development and are used to achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the overall Europe targets. Within offerings and solution development, you understand the needs and trends in the Nordic market and tailor TCS's existing solutions and/or create new solutions for the Nordic market. You have experience of working with an onshore-offshore delivery model. Also, you have experience of Retail processes and solutions, working in multicultural environment, working with multiple service horizontals like BPO, IS, Assurance etc. as well as Relationship Management skills. Further, you have organization building skills: Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve H&M effectively and efficiently
