hela Sverige We are looking a Business Relationship Manager responsible for sales and business development in product engineering. You will be accountable for managing and building relationship with the customers. Flexibility to travel within Europe on short notice and to India is important.
The key responsibilities include:
Create proactive proposals focusing on different Business Units
Understand key customer strategies and align TCS strategies to dynamically cater to changing customer needs.
Lead and/or Build proposals in line with RFP requirements by working with our global delivery teams.
Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with customers during RFI / RFP process.
Proactively position TCS offerings for customer needs aligned to future industry demands.
Participate in Contract negotiations.
Work along with the Global Relationship Manager.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
You have at least 15 years of experience in Telecom Network Product Engineering with 4+ years in Sales and Business development. You are experienced in leading sales for Telecom Network Equipment Manufacturers. You have a great understanding of Telecom Product Engineering
Further you have;
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Presentation skills
Strong ability to work independently.
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible to travel globally
Multi-cultural experience
Strong negotiation skills
