We are now looking for a Business Relationship Manager ?Retail. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Strategize sales and business development for the account in plan-build-run model by closely participating with customer and TCS team
Create proactive proposals focusing on untapped business through demand creation
Understand key customer business needs to strategies to dynamically cater to their changing needs
Lead and/or Build proposals in line with RFP requirements by working with TCS global delivery teams, CTO Units and different CoEs
Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with customers during Planning and RFI / RFP processes
Participate in Contract negotiations
Work along with the Client Partner
Manage the TCS account team including their performance and welfare

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Atleast 12 years of experience in IT services including delivery and program management along with 2.5+ years in Sales and Business development in Retail domain
Experience in leading sales for Retail
Skilled in creating and maintaining business relationships at CXO level
Good understanding of TCS Retail service offerings and Retail product portfolio
Excellent written and oral communication
Presentation Skills
Ability to work independently
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization
