hela Sverige We are looking for a We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager for Manufacturing Service line. The role is Based in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility to travel across European countries and India is a MUST.
KEY RESPONSIBILETIES
Responsible along with the other sales team for growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets for the Manufacturing ISU.
Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar organization goals.
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalised together with the strategy to achieve the same.
Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe in general.
Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings.
Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership.
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives.
Perform Solution Architect role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses.
Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 13 years' experience in the following:
IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery.
Business development and creating GTM strategy.
CXO level client relationship management.
Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients.
Business Relationship skills: Achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the overall organization objectives.
Offerings and solution development: Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic and Europe market and tailor TCS's existing solutions and/or create new solutions.
Onshore-offshore delivery model: Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS's global consultant pool to deliver the most cost effective services to the clients.
Experience of working in multicultural environment.
Multi-industry experience: Wide experience across different industries such as Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Energy etc.
Experience working with SAP Business Intelligence and Performance Management, BIG Data and Data Mining technologies.
Experience of handling relationship at CXO levels.
Organization building skills: Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic and European market effectively and efficiently.
