Axis partner web is our main communication channel for our partners. It is our partner's "one place to go" going forward, including gated information exclusive to partners, links to valuable information on axis.com and other information dedicated to partners. Our design tools are developed to help partners plan sites and optimize systems in order to elevate and expand their business opportunities.
As Business Product Owner - Partner web and design tools - you are responsible for planning, maintenance and governance of the partner web and design tools. You know how to work with requirements and specifications based on user needs and business needs. You have experience and knowledge from working globally, with regional needs as prioritized input.
Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for Axis partner web as a central part of Axis partner offering
*
Plan maintenance and updates of design tools in close collaboration with the Partner Marketing team
*
Maintenance, governance, and enforcement of processes, following global strategies and priorities
*
Cross functional collaboration with IT business partners regarding system upgrades, tickets and change requests
*
Provide support and troubleshooting for both corporate and regional teams and keep documentation up to date
*

You are a good communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills, and you know how to improve the user experience by translating business needs into concrete system requirements. You are a strong team player with excellent presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
Your qualifications

Experience from extranet or customer platform management
*
Basic understanding of APIs and scripting
*
Excellent time management and project management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
*
Excellent cross functional collaboration skills with the ability to translate and prioritize business needs into system requirements
*
Bachelor's degree in Systems Science or equivalent
