hela Sverige The Global Headquarters for Volvo Financial Services is seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to develop the vision and roadmap for our integrated front-end initiative for pre-sales and sales touchpoints.
What you will do
Together with your colleagues at VFS and in the broad cross-functional network at the Volvo Group, you will take responsibility in the following areas:
• Act as the delegate business owner for VFS D&IT partner engagement initiatives, primarily focused on dealer engagement.
• Lead the integrated front-end initiative for VFS ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals. Establishing the vision, goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance presales and sales processes including standardizing the way of working across markets and integration with our Truck Divisions/Business Areas (TDBA's) - to ensure a fully integrated sales experience for our customers
• Liaise with business leads and subject matter experts (SMEs) in local markets to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met and in line with initiative objectives
• Collaborate closely with the D&IT organization to drive day-to-day operational activities and prioritize tasks to achieve initiative objectives - acting as delegated business owner for our existing sales tools
• Structure the initiative by establishing strong governance frameworks and communication strategies.
• Prepare and present reports on the initiative's progress and performance to senior management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a presales or sales environment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the technology or digital services industry.
• Knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
