We are looking for a business driven, internationally oriented Marketing Manager to lead the Customer Service Marketing department in Northern Europe. You will be based in our office in Solna, Sweden and report to the Customer Service Director Northern Europe.
THE POSITION:
We offer an interesting and challenging position in our Nordic Customer Service organization. You will be responsible for the Customer Service Marketing team of 3 people, driving both Sales and Customer Satisfaction in different channels. The general responsibilities are:
• Marketing Strategy, Targets and KPI's
• Sales of Home appliance Accessories and Spare parts B2B and B2C
• Drive external revenue through development of existing and new channels
• Development of new services
• Digital channels
• Customer Communication
• Customer Satisfaction
YOUR PROFILE
Your experience
• At least 5 years work experience in a similar position
• Marketing/Communication background
• Experience from an international company
Your know-how and skills
• You are business driven and target oriented
• You have a coaching leader attitude
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Versatile language skills (Fluent in English; Other Nordic Languages preferable)
