We are now looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our Customer Service team. Polestar is on a very exiting journey where a main focus are to offer Excellency in Customer Experience and Services. You will in this role not only develop but also plan, pilot and implement new product & services worldwide. The ambition will be to find a service level that will surprise and delight our customers.
As a Business Operations Manager you will setup and drive entity for managing the Customer Service launch operation. You vill run pilots worldwide to evaluate entire program launch, including development of Fleet management processes, systems & tools.
You will also secure and test a Technical Service support function solution including tech support, incidents & support questions
Develop and pilot solutions for pickup and hand-over of the cars between Polestar Experience Centers and Service points.
Initiate and drive a Call Center function operating 24/7
Secure and set up a global charging station infrastructure
Identify and contract local partners for supporting operations
Identify and secure operations regarding prep & shipment of cars and parts
Define and launch a Technical support function to handle (Lost keys, Polestar App is not working), Minor incidents, Car breakdown, Accidents, Theft, General support questions
Secure and set up of a Car handover recondition service process.
Establish a global organization that can deliver selected services like On Call, Concierge, Lifestyle services etc.
This is a newly established role in our quickly expanding organisation, meaning that you will have a broad responsibility and ability to influence and shape the role as well as work closely with other dependent functions. As Business Operations Manager at Polestar, you will get an opportunity to develop your communication skills in an exciting environment.
We believe that you are structured, dedicated and used to take responsibility for global projects. You have very good understanding of customer needs in consumer areas preferably in the automotive area. You need to be fluent in English, spoken and written, other language a merit.
