As a Business Manager, you will work on broad, challenging and analytical tasks closely linked to the customer value proposition and channel management. In the development of our next generation of products and services, you will play a key role in driving the agenda of the Nordic markets, coordinate stakeholders across the organization and defining and analysing business cases towards our Group R&D.
Reports and organization structure: Direct reporting line into the Head of Product Marketing. Placement in Stockholm or Linköping with travel required within Sweden and occasionally within Europe.
Your key Responsibilities
- Owner of the profitability models for channel management
- Analyse and fine tune commission schemes in all sales channels
- Develop an insight driven customer proposition through close interaction with sales channels
- Commercial product management on behalf of Nordic markets in dialogue with R&D. From a commercial perspective drive agenda and coordinate SWE, DK, FIN & NO in testing, packaging, pricing and launching our next generation of products
- Take part in development of sales material and in workshops with sales organization
- Responsible for structure and coordinating competitor insights involving stakeholders from all part of the organisation
- Plan and coordinate campaign agenda
- Support with analysis, business cases and project management on a needs basis
Your competencies
- Strong drive and proactive mindset. Passion for business and growth with ability to work with stakeholders from all parts of the organization
- Result oriented with capacity to deliver on sometimes short deadlines
- Team player with high integrity
- Commercial creativity and judgement. Self motivated and an ability to understand the organization and the tasks at hand very quickly
- Leadership ambitions
Your experiences and qualifications
- Masters degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering
- Young professionals with 2-5 years of relevant working experience. Preferably from a business oriented position in a consumer goods/services company, management consulting firm or from an earlier management trainee position
- Experience from quantitative problem solving and analysis
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficiency in excel
- Fluent English required
