WHAT WILL YOU DO

As a BDR, you are part of the Nordic SMB Sales & Business Development team, a central part of the rapidly growing Sales Organization at nShift. The Business Development team is responsible for generating and qualifying leads to the overall Nordic Sales departments. Building a BDR function within the team is a strategic initiative to cater for the overall growth and as a key member of a growing team, you'll directly contribute to the pipeline growth. A strong pipeline is absolute vital to successful sales and you as a BDR will fuel nShifts long term success!

You will be at the absolute front line, responsible for generating interest in prospects who might not even know yet they have a need for our solutions - focus Swedish market
Responsible for identifying and contacting new business leads, reaching out, engaging with potential buyers
You will qualify inbound leads through lead follow-up and route the sales qualified leads to the appropriate sales colleagues
Responsible of setting up meetings for sales colleagues for further development and closure of the leads you have qualified
Conduct outbound calls and e-mails to position nShift and nShifts offerings to source new sales opportunities

Preferably 0-3 years experience in B2B-sales/Business Development/Prospecting/Booking meetings/leads generation or similar
Resilient and motivated even on the most challenging day
Able to operate efficiently, in a structured manner and be self-motivated
Fluent in Swedish and English (additional language is a bonus)
You have great communication skills, verbal as well as written
You thrive in a dynamic environment
Experience of CRM or similar tools (e.g. SalesForce, Sales Loft) is preferred
Experience from software, preferably SaaS-based products, E-com or similar is preferred
High School Diploma or any other Degree is preferred
