Titel: Business Development Manager

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter: Daily monitor and analyses traffic reports for assigned customers. Manage, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers/carriers. Identify voice opportunities and up-sell new business development ideas to drive sales and buying performance in order to exceed its gross profit targets. Target new potential carriers in region assigned with focus on carriers with retail traffic, tier-1 and mobile operators. Appoint to destinations/customers where possibly quality issues appeared and appoint those to the routing and operations teams. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales while making sure to follow company process and policies. Liaise with suppliers/vendors for better cost structure and new routes opportunities as part of the buy/sell discussions. Meet individual annual sales quota assigned. Coordinate with the revenues assurance team and make sure that customers pay in time according to their current/expected run-rate. For new implemented customers to make sure all necessary documents are signed and customers related information is collected and correctly shared with the provisioning team.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer: Has good technical knowledge in Digitalk, JVS and MVTS switches in terms of configuration, maintainance and troubleshooting Has good knowledge in PHP, Javascript, HTML5 and CSS. Has good Knowledge in Voice over IP and international call termination. Has experience not less than 3 years in VoIP trading. Has good relations and connections in the VoIP industry. Has sales skills. Has business development skills. Has a bachelor degree in computer science or information technology or communication engineering, Cisco Certification is a plus. Has good communication skills, fluent English language required, Arabic or French is a plus. Able to work under pressure and handle new projects from scratch. Able to attend conferences and business meetings in multiple countries, inside and outside Europe.
