We are looking for a Business Development Manager. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The associate would be working in individual capacity for sales excellence
• Building and converting a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Acquisition of select companies in Sweden with primary focus on acquiring & growing TCS? business. Manage the Customer throughout the entire deal process, create compelling business solutions, presenting and proposing winning bids.
• Leading sales pursuits in Sweden specifically focusing on large deals in the above verticals.
• Booking new revenues from the acquired companies. Develop an account plan and sales strategy for the identified key account that ensures attainment of the company?s revenue targets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• More than 12 years of experience in IT, Experience in Nordics is an added advantage
• Should be able to write and communicate in English with different regions.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with the senior leadership.
• Have technical competence to understand and sell solutions.
• Should be able to build relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Should be capable of engaging with CXO?s in a purposeful and credible manner to present strategic solutions.
