hela Sverige We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our IT IS Practice. You will be responsible for selling large Outsourcing Contracts which has a major component of CBO - IT Infrastructure Services to new and existing TCS customers. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility to travel within Europe and India on short notice is expected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Engage prospective customers creating awareness about CBO - IT IS offerings, capabilities
• Own the complete sales cycle for RFP including internal approval process
• Effectively track and articulate the value of bids both active and pro-active
• Lead and/or Build the proposal in line with RFI, RFP requirements
• Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with customers during RFI and RFP process
• Participate in Contract negotiations
• Execute the strategic business development plan for the region while working with cross functional matrix-oriented teams in the internal organization
• Work with the Partner team to identify and create joint solution and response to bids
• Facilitate workshops with customer executive groups
PROFILE
At least 8 years of experience in the IT IS (IT Infrastructure Services) Outsourcing, Managed Services industry delivering large contracts and/or led the Solution Engagement for large contracts. Also, you have:
• Excellent written and oral communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in leading sales of large infrastructure outsourcing contracts
• Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at CFO/CTO levels in the client organization.
• Ability to lead and work with a variety of organizations, personalities, and cultures
