hela Sverige We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Quality Engineering & Transformation Unit. You are expected to travel across Europe on need basis.
The key responsibilities include:
• Work with the various stakeholders within the organisation to implement the business plan and achieve the assigned revenue targets
• Strategize Marketing and Sales for the platform solutions in Quality Assurance space.
• Develop relationships with a wide range of customers with the intent of converting such relationships to new business
• Assist the pre-sales team to deliver targeted solutions/responses to RFIs and RFPs
• Ensure that all the requests from existing customers are met on a timely basis
• Travel on-demand across the globe as the deal demands
• Bring in thought leadership and QA differentiators to the role and organisation
• Deliver sales pitches and proposal defences as needed
• Balance and prioritise the multiple requests as the situation demands
• Develop and implement business development strategies for the assigned verticals/accounts
Key Skills/Knowledge:
• 8+ years of experience and proven track record in a Direct/Indirect Sales quota carrying role.
• QA Industry Expertise
• Deep domain knowledge in the sector(s) of work experience preferably Telecom, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance & Manufacturing
• Past Quality Assurance/Testing delivery experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Past pre-sales and sales experience in the QA industry is a plus
