As Business Developer for Store Operations, you will bring your experience to take the lead and act as the center of excellence for developing our store ways of working. You will develop both the existing store capabilities and always be looking ahead to development needs for the future linked to our Store Operating Model.
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will work with colleagues in the Store Operations Development team, Retail Tech teams, and across Retail and Commercial Development & Growth to ensure new tech initiatives and components in the operating model support the colleague and customer journey with minimal interruption to the store environment but with maximum benefit.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with:
Extensive Retail and Store Operations background (5+ years) gained through previous experience, preferably in roles such as Area Manager, Store Manager, Area Controller, Store operations lead within Area/sales market or country organization.
Experience of driving cross-functional projects from start-up phase until full implementation.
Experience of working with customer data and insights handling and customer-centric KPIs understanding & analysis.
Experience from working with customer-and store colleague-facing tech solutions for retail.
Knowledge of change management practices (tools, methods, and processes).
Strong communication (messaging development and planning) and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced English level.
Solid experience working with MS Office.
