In this context, to deliver the company's overall mission to make it easier for everyone to experience the world, Booking Holdings recently entered into an agreement to acquire our company.
We are looking for a Business Developer to play an important role, leading our strategic business projects. You will be located at our office in Stockholm.
Role & Responsibilities
You will work within the Commercial development department, which mission is to develop and excel Etraveli Group in different ways, by analyzing the market, defining strategies for growth and developing our current offer - making Etraveli bigger and better! The Business Development team is responsible for managing large strategic projects.
Initiate, coordinate and develop strategic business development projects
Identify and drive new business opportunities
Lead and deliver high-impact cross-functional strategic initiatives related to:
New development (explorative, analytical, investigative and implementation), as well as increased efficiency (change management)
Project Management
Stakeholder management
Drive development of business cases (including scope, purpose, success criteria, expected results and objectives), involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure business and technical feasibility
Tight collaboration with other departments of the company (as well as external partners when applicable).
Your profile
We are looking for a team player that can manage multiple complex projects, involving several internal and external stakeholders in an international context. The role requires experience from working in a changing environment with high speed, where skills in prioritization, communicating, delegating, execution and understanding the business impact is key. As a person you are ambitious, flexible, humble and communicate with a positive attitude.
University degree, MBA or equivalent in Business Administration or similar experience.
5 years of professional experience from business development or similar area in an international, cross-functional role
Experience of complex project management
Excellent skills in English, both oral and written
Strategic mindset, with the ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly.
