We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and outgoing business coordinator. The successful candidate will play a major role in the development of our business relationships with our business partners and customer base and will bring a sense of commitment and urgency to outstanding service levels. Only electronic applications will be considered.

Responsibilities include the following:
• Receive and enter all customer orders.
• Liaison with customers regarding payments, credits and other information.
• Provide customer and/or sales representatives with legal and technical information.
• Respond to customer complaints, referring them to the appropriate source for action and expediting our response to the customer.
• Prepare monthly reports for ?on time? delivery, credit notes, order book analysis, enquiry levels and complaints.
• Provide some back-up support and cover for customer service.

Education and/or Experience required:
• Master?s Degree preferable in economics/law/language.
• Should have a minimum of two years customer service experience.
• Must have a strong level of computer literacy
• Must have exceptional human relation and communication skills.
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines.
• Must be thorough, detail oriented and accurate.

Language Skills required:
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) required.
• Fluency in any one of major South Asian languages (written and verbal) required.
