hela Sverige Nederman is currently looking for a Business Controller for the new Nordic Organization, to be placed in Helsingborg and report to Finance Director Nordic. The role is a good match if you have a controlling experience from a manufacturing company and a strong financial background.
Responsibilities
The role has direct responsibility for all elements of controlling for Nederman Manufacturing Sweden. In close cooperation with Nederman Manufacturing Sweden's management team you will develop the organisation by providing a clear business focus.
The main accountabilities will be to:
• analyse business performance and follow up and on variations versus expectations
• provide a business focus that will increase profitability of Nederman Manufacturing Sweden
• take responsibility for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting to Group Finance
• manage and impove working capital and cash flow
• continually review all finance processes and implement relevant improvements
• take overall responsibility for the product costing and related processes
• participate in various ad-hoc business projects
As a successfull candidate you will achieve:
• profitability of Nederman Manufacturing Sweden
• good management of working capital
• timely and accurately reporting
Background
To be successful in the role you need experience from controlling in a manufacturing company with tasks as production controlling and standard costing calculations as well as good knowledge of accounting.
To be a perfect match you also need experience in planning, forecasting and reporting including balance sheet and legal financial reporting according to IFRS. Strong English skills with the ability to express opinions both written and verbally is crucial and we assume that you have a university degree, most likely in economics/finance, and that you have worked with a modern and fully integrated ERP system.

To fit the profile you have a well documented track record in delivering value adding business analysis and leading organizational changes based on well grounded business understanding. You have shown yourself to be a high performer who is comfortable in a challenging and changing environment.
To succeed it is crucial with a big portion of integrity and an extraordinary ability to take on responsibility and deliver qualitative work in a constantly changing environment. You need the ability to lead projects as well as personnel and to inspire colleagues to work together towards challenging goals.
To be the right candidate you need an energetic, yet flexible and proactive approach combined with strong analytical and meticulous skills. The ability to inspire others and manage change as well as to build internal and external alliances will also be a key factor to success.
