We are currently looking for a Business Controller for the Sales & Service organization in Sweden. Are you or do you know someone who might be the right person for this job?
About the job
As the Business Controller you will act as key member of and partner to the Swedish Sales & Service management teams, actively executing financial and business controlling.
Your main responsibility will be controlling the sales and financial performance for both Husqvarna and Gardena divisions in Sweden, including the Concept Store located in Barkaby, Stockholm. The tasks includes analyzing financial data, reporting progress towards commitments, managing cost to meet set targets and follow-up of KPI's. With your analyzes you will support the management team with sound financial judgement and business decisions. Responsibilities
• Drive the monthly follow-up as well as budget and forecast processes
• Together with the regional pricing manager be responsible for price development and follow up
• Continuously improve data quality related to financial reporting
• Direct manage AR team in the country
• Prepare for and be an active participant in Operating reviews
• Take active part in projects in controlling
• Key stakeholder in sales and marketing related business projects
Who are you?
In order to succeed in this role, we believe you are a self-driven and result oriented person, holding strong business acumen, drive and sense of urgency. You are structured and possess strong attention to details and accuracy even in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines. Of importance is also your analytical skills and ability to conduct analysis of complex data and translate these results into actionable recommendations and presentations. As you will support and cooperate closely with different functions, we believe you have good collaborations skills and enjoy having many contacts within the organization.
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years' experience from operational finance
• Master's degree in Finance or equivalent
• Thorough experience in Accounting/Finance including budgeting and forecasting
• Fluent in Swedish and English, orally and in writing
• Advanced excel skills, ERP/MRP proficiency (preferably JDE/SAP), Power BI is a plus
• Experience in a multi-national organization is desired
• The position includes some but not extensive travelling
