We are looking for the next generation Volvo Cars professionals
Starting with a one-year training program, Volvo Cars in Olofström now hires 10 recently graduated individuals. The program will provide you with a unique opportunity to learn and develop professionally and personally and to get a thorough introduction to Volvo Cars. During your first year with us you will participate in training modules, assignments and introductions in various areas of our company. You will also be assigned a personal mentor who will follow you throughout the first year and support your personal and professional development.
As BUSINESS CONTROLLER FINANCE you will se yourself in a supporting role when it comes to business plans, budgets, forecasts and annual accounts. You will take part of the formulation of the corporate goals and challenge the organisation when it comes to economy and operational control. You are proactive in your role, an analytical mindset and have the ability to se the whole picture. You are communicative, energetic and will have the opportunity to run your own projects.

• Providing organisation with relevant financial information
• Controlling
• Investment calculations and forecasts
Your profile:
• Appropriate Bachelor's or Master's degree within last three years
• Integrity, courage and personal energy
• Openness to change
• Inclusiveness
• Good judgment
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish, oral and written
