As Business Controller Aftersales, you are responsible for the analysis and follow-up of all transactions within the after-sales for the Nordic companies. The role reports to Region Aftersales Director and is located at the office in Sollentuna.
Main responsibilities:
• Financial controlling and reporting
• Planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze and follow up results and KPI: s for the different businesses within aftersales
• Define and follow up bonus and incentive programs for retailers
• Analysis and follow-up in collaboration with marketing department and business development
• Implement processes and routines for follow-up and reporting
About you
You have an academic education in economics and at least three years ' experience of similar tasks. You are an advanced user of Excel and it is an advantage if you have experience working in SAP. The role involves many contacts in the organization so it is important that you enjoy communicating and enjoy working close to the business. You are fluent in English and it is an advantage if you also speak a Scandinavian language.
To be successful in the role, you need to take great responsibility for your tasks. You are structured, analytical, communicative, adaptable and enjoy working independently. It is important that you are a good team player and like to work in close cooperation with your colleagues. You have a good business understanding and are motivated by working in a role where you become a close partner to the unit managers.
Important characteristics for the role are
• previous experience of controlling
• analytical and communicative ability

About the employment
The function is located in modern facilities in Sollentuna and will include occasional travels to the other Nordic regions as well as to the headquarters in Germany. The facility includes a lunch restaurant and a gym. As a BMW employee you get the opportunity to drive you own BMW or MINI to profitable terms.
