hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced and driven colleague to take on the challenge of the role as Business Controller.
Do you want to be part of the fast pace within IT and be a key competence driving controlling forward, towards our exiting goals the forthcoming years? IT is rapidly expanding and are currently rolling out new solutions in a fast past and will be a key player in our success.
As a Business Controller, you ensure cost-efficient IT services and value for money in our deliveries. You will work closely together with other controllers and key stakeholders ensuring that the company gets the best value for money. The role includes monthly follow up, support and education of others as a budget owner, as well as to work proactive with financial awareness and other areas that can be improved. We believe in our people, and always encourage new ideas and initiatives!
We are looking for you who have ability to have a helicopter view as well as understand the details when needed. You have strong analytical and problem -solving skills. Since you will be in contact with many different stakeholders you have strong communication- and relationship building skills.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Business Controller at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Together with the Division Controller, lead and develop the Controlling functions
• Ensure cost-efficient IT services and value for money in our deliveries
• Monthly financial follow up
• Responsible for financial planning and follow-up and for the continuous improvement of the corresponding processes and tools
• Responsible for communication on financial matters
• Driving the budget and 3 year plan processes together with the division controller
• Driving controlling initiatives on a tactical and operative level together with other business controllers
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• A bachelor degree or higher degree in business or finance.
• Minimum 4 years working experience from different finance roles
• High knowledge in excel
• Good communications skills in both Swedish and English (both spoken and written)
The position is 100 % and located in Stockholm/Marievik.
The IT department is an important part of the company's business and carries out operations, software development and maintenance of the company's systems and business applications. Our goal is to supply as cost efficient IT solutions as possible in order to offer our customers "Fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way". The IT-department is located in Stockholm and Borås and conducts business virtually all over the globe. The H&M group includes in addition to H&M the brands H&M Home, COS, & Other Stories, Monki, Weekday, Cheap Monday and ARKET. As an IT-department, we work with all brands.
