The location for this position is at our facilities in Fagersta.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
As Business Controller, you are responsible for financial reporting and your daily tasks include forecasts, analysis, reviews and follow-up on the overall economic status for Seco Tools. You collaborate closely with colleagues and stakeholders inside our finance organization, and you are accountable for continual reconciliation of reports and analyses for the Seco group. Supporting the management team with financial information prior to decision-making and presenting reports and results at management meetings are important parts of your mission, and you both guide and challenge the organization to achieve good financial results.

We are looking for someone with a degree in Finance or Business Administration, and who has experience from working with business controlling, preferably in a global business environment. A good understanding of financial processes, reporting and monthly closings are considered a plus, as is having previously worked in a manufacturing industry. You are a skilled user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. As we operate in an international setting, you have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
We place great value on your personal qualities in this recruitment. To enjoy this role you need to be organized, have an analytical mind and pay close attention to details and facts. Being used to handling large amounts of data combined with great communication skills, you easily translate numbers for business and describe how different choices affect the result. You are eager to acquire new knowledge, independently take responsibility for your work and perform well in situations when your tasks temporarily increase. Teamwork is important to you and you bring high integrity and a positive attitude into our group.
