As Business Controller at SSAB you will work in a highly international environment, analyzing the performance and trends of the Business Areas and the Group. Placement is Stockholm.

About the position

We are seeking a structured and business oriented Controller to be located at our Head Office in Stockholm. This individual will be a member of the Controller Group and report to the Vice President of Business Control.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Be part of delivering budget, forecast, and strategy processes at group level
• Monthly and quarterly follow-up
• Preparing analysis and reports to the management and board ensuring quality, speed and timelines.
• Lead or take part in various ad-hoc projects
• Continuous improvement of the business analysis & reporting routines, processes and tools

Formal qualifications

• University degree within finance or equivalent.
• Ideal candidate has 2-3 year experience from a big accounting company combined with 2-3 years from business control in a large company
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish

• You are analytical, structured and with good attention to detail and at the same time proactive and solution oriented
• You can take high levels of stress and is used to work against tight timelines¨
• Able to work independently in a fast paced, dynamic international environment
• Service minded and quality oriented team player with high integrity
• Strong analytical and social skills professional, who wants to learn about and work close to the business, with a strategic- and business mind set
