Ikano Bank is currently looking for a Business Controller who will support other departments and entities in all internal financial reporting aspects. The role will be part of the department of Central Finance, reporting to the Head of Business Control. The position is located in Lund.
The role as Business Controller is broad and will serve as a challenge and opportunity on an international area.
Main responsibilities and tasks will include:
• Analyzing and following up on business development and performance on product and market level
• Ensuring quality and timeliness of internal management and financial reporting including support with the writing of monthly reports
• Support product- and business case calculations
• Contribute to the development of efficient controlling activities and internal reporting processes and working tools
• Develop and refine methods for allocation of costs
• Carry out different finance related ad-hoc inquiries
• Evaluate internal reports and together with the submitter improve the quality by changing, correcting and adding information to the financial reports
• Develop templates and instructions for budgets, forecasts and other internal financial reporting
Candidate profile
You have a successful track record of administration and business control in an international environment. You have a university degree in business administration and economics with 10 years of relevant experience. You are used to work independently and you have experience from working with analysis and follow up on business performance, internal cost control, cost allocation and internal sale of common services. Furthermore you are proficient in product- and business case calculations. The successful candidate is fluent in both oral and written English and has a flair for writing financial reporting to management. Ability to understand Nordic languages is required. Strong Excel and financial programs skills are required and experience of QlikView is desirable.

You are a communicative person with good ability to build relationships. You possess the ability to arouse enthusiasm and you have a high sense of integrity and a sound judgement.
