What you'll do

If so, Volvo Cars is seeking a driven Business Controller in Customer Care to play a crucial role in our organization with more than 500 employees.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Acting as a finance partner to the Customer Care department head, being a vital part of the management team, providing insights and analysis to support decision-making.
Developing, driving, and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track the department's performance.
Leading performance steering, analyzing financial data and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Preparing and presenting financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
What you'll bring
We are looking for you who with:
A university degree in finance, business administration or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Business Controller or similar role, for example in a customer service or automotive environment.
Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial principles.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Expertise in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Basic understanding of coding and software development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate financial insights effectively.
High drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm for making a difference.
