If this sounds like a challenge you're interested in, we're now looking for a Business Controller to strengthen the team in our office in Stockholm.
The position
We are looking for a Business Controller to help support several functions in the organization including Product Data & Technology and Central functions such as Finance, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Communications. You will mainly work with supporting CXO:s and management teams with budgeting, forecasting and monthly follow-ups. This is an existing role where you will be part of the Finance organization and a Controlling team reporting to Head of Finance PD&T. For financial controlling and accounting we have a Shared Service Center in-house that we work closely together with.
In this role your responsibilities include:
• Consolidation and analysis of monthly closings, reporting and follow-ups
• Gather info on and update monthly Latest Estimates
• Support in and drive the Budget and Forecast processes from a Finance perspective
• Prepare presentations for Business review meetings
• Financial support to operations
• Various Ad Hoc projects and tasks

NENT with Viaplay in the front is part of a great Expansion journey, expanding from only the Nordic markets in 2020 to a total of 16 Countries by the end of 2023. The Tech (PD&T) is the very core of the Viaplay product and together with the Central functions they all play an essential part in creating and supporting the expansion. What we are looking for
We are looking for a Business Controller who wants to take on a varied role with many different touchpoints within a function-based, international organization. You need to be able to handle deadlines in a timely manner but also be open to and enjoy a flexible climate where decisions and changes are made and happen rapidly.
Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:
• Academic degree in Business, Finance or similar
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Controller or similar
• Great analytic skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong English skills, oral and written
