Are you motivated by improving healthcare or creating harmony between people and digital tools? Cambio is looking for someone who is passionate about laboratory and/or radiology workflows and who wants to use their operational expertise to develop tomorrow's digital support for healthcare.
As a Business Consultant within Order and Results, you will play a crucial role in our ongoing efforts to support our customers in the best possible way. One of your key responsibilities will be to communicate the value of our solutions to end users in healthcare.
You will partly work on-site with customers, sometimes together with the customer's system management team and sometimes directly with end users in the organization. The role also involves remote work, meaning you need to be comfortable managing customer interactions and other responsibilities through digital tools.
In the role of Business Consultant, you will contribute daily to developing our customers' competence and understanding of our solutions, as well as leading training sessions and workshops. You will be involved in customer integrations, configuration, and implementation of our systems, and work with business analysis, process improvement, and quality assurance. You will also support Cambio's customers in designing order and results processes to ensure high quality, patient safety, and a sustainable work environment.
About you

We would like you to have experience working with management and governance issues related to laboratory medicine and a strong understanding of processes connected to order and results workflows in healthcare - for example, workflows involving laboratories or other diagnostic services. This knowledge is valuable in customer dialogues, workshops, and during the implementation of our solutions.

Requirements
A strong understanding of processes related to laboratory and/or radiology workflows in healthcare, such as laboratory result flows.
Strong communication skills and experience leading presentations, training sessions, or workshops.
Knowledge of integration flows and how data moves between different systems within healthcare organizations.
The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and deliveries.
The ability to understand and describe business processes from both a user and operational perspective.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
It's a bonus if you
Integrations between healthcare system and/or laboratory and radiology systems
Experience working with, implementing, and/or managing electronic health record systems or other clinical IT solutions.
Experience in business analysis, process mapping, or improvement initiatives within healthcare.
Understanding of national guidelines, regulations, or standards within the healthcare sector.
Place of employment: Linköping or Stockholm
Scope: Full-time, hybrid work model (three days per week in-office)
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
Additional Information: The role involves access to sensitive information, therefore a background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
