The area of Cash Management is undergoing a major transformation from a business and market as well as from an architectural perspective. YOUR CHALLENGE
As a Business Analyst at SEB in Stockholm, you will be working in the borderland between technology and business in one of the most prioritized area at SEB! You will be designing the transformation by working with requirements in the Payment area. Your daily work includes:
* Write, collect and document IT requirements
* Work close to product owners with focus on identifying business needs
* Take lead, coordinate och drive transformation of process improvements forward
* Be a part of the whole process from business analysis and refining the requirements to design together with Solution Architects, CX/UX and the development teams
THE TEAM AND WORK PLACE
You will be a part of the area of Cash Management. You will work against several teams, as we work cross-functionally and you will get the opportunity to network. As a Business Analyst, you will be planning your own schedule. You decide how you want to work against the teams and other stakeholders. We have an open culture where team work is the key to success and our collegues are more than happy to help.
Our modern office is located next to Mall Of Scandinavia in Solna, Stockholm. When we are not working remotely, there are restaurants, a gym and the opportunity to participate in group training sessions every week. We apply a hybrid model where we work both from home and in the office.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, we believe you have earlier experience from a similar role where you have been writing and documenting IT-requriments.
As a person you like to take initiatives, you are transparent and have an eye for details. Since you will be working with different stakeholders it is important that you have good cooperative and communicative skills. Furthermore, you are enduring and thorough.
