We are looking for a Business Analyst to Össur Scandinavia, a value driven organization with focus on innovation and quality. Össur Scandinavia consist of five business units and we 're operative in all Nordic countries and in the Baltics. The turnover to the company is more than 800 million SEK per year and we 're growing both organic and through acquisition of other companies.
As a Business Analyst you will be part of the Finance Scandinavia department which currently consists of approximately 13 coworkers. This job is based at our brand new and modern office in Kista in northern part of Stockholm and you will report to the Business Control Manager.
Job description
As a Business Analyst you will be leading the development of the financial analysis and decision support assessments of profitability, productivity and efficiency. You will work independently, cooperate with colleagues/managers and be involved in projects. Your responsibility is to develop data driven analysis and create reports that help business leaders evaluate business strategies and scenarios.
Some of your duties:
• Lead the design and development of operational KPI reports in PowerBI and other reporting tools
• Work closely with BI developers to enhance the underlying data and system specialists to improve system setups and processes
• Identify relevant information sources, gathering and interpreting data
• Working in roles, either independently or in project team, that vary according to the present objectives of the Business Control team.
• Be a sparring partner of the business controller
• Interview stakeholders, business managers and external parties to develop fact based analysis
• Develop appropriate communication documents and present analysis findings to stakeholders
• Work without supervision with extensive latitude for independent judgment
Your profile
• Bachelor 's degree in business economics, computer science or other relevant education
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant position
• Expertise in Excel
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Experience in designing and building reports in Power BI, QlikSense or Tableau is meritorious
• Knowledge in SQL is meritorious
