The position As a Business Analyst with us, you will have the opportunity to work on Sweden's most modern and well-established digital vaccination platform - Cambio MittVaccin. You will be part of a dynamic and agile organization with global ambitions. Every team member is an essential link in the chain, and each person has significant individual responsibility and the opportunity to shape their role.
In this role, you will be a part of an agile product planning and development team including developers, testers, architects, product owner, product manager and collaborate within the customer services team as well as have contact with selected customers in a consultative and advisory role, investigating needs, detailing requirements and assuring quality.
You will belong to R&D at MittVaccin, and work across a broad scope of matters covering also customer services in a supporting and consulting manner, and some of your responsibilities will include:
Needs and requirements investigations
Requirement detailing and impact assessments
Planning, leading, and executing testing activities
Documentation related to testing and validation
Pre-sale, analyzing customer requirements
Customer support in 2nd and 3rd line, minor investigations, etc.
Contributing to MittVaccin's MDR documentation i.e. technical file in several areas for example requirements and risk management, test and validation

Requirements
Relevant education.
>3 years of working with business end user and management support, analysis, requirement analysis, product design or similar.
Experience working with IT in healthcare and conducting operational assessments within the field.
Good knowledge in how business needs can be translated into software requirements.
Experience of collaborating with product owner(s), architects, system developers, UX designers and testers.
Experience of working with test and validation.
Familiarity with working with laws and regulations affecting system design.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
It's a bonus if you
Knowledge of healthcare standards and specifications (FHIR, HL7v2, RIVTA, OpenEHR, SNOMED CT) .
Experience of test management and test models.
Have worked with quality assurance and documentation requirements (MDR/NMI).
Have experience of SaaS solutions.
Have experience of Procurements and sales support.
