Summary:

Responsible for administrating and consolidating all external and internal quality data ensuring consistent accurate data translation from various data sources to production databases.
Coordinate with team members and Quality personnel to meet the needs of our internal and external customers. Implement ongoing quality control measures to increase overall customer satisfaction and reduce margin of error. Coordinate ideas and efforts of team members and management throughout Stream to ensure that the quality programs implemented are effective.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly statistical reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain tools and databases to collect, translate, standardize and report from multiple internal and external sources to enable visibility of the progress/status of quality metrics through our enterprise, clients and LOB?s internal and external customers.
• Assess reports and, where possible, improves effectiveness of all reports templates.
• Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to Quality management.
• Solicit feedback from team members, management and customers on an ongoing basis.
• Keep abreast of new technologies and systems that may help the team.
• Work with Ops to gather and assess statistical data on Quality Assurance.
• Provide technical specialized reporting to clients when and where necessary.
• Communicates trends based on statistical reports to management.
• Implement effective quality programs within the department.
• Deliver program results to the Business Director to share with customers.

Requirements:

• Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish & English (verbal & written)
• Advanced Excel knowledge (formula writing, Data Connections, SQL and VBA/macro writing) is required.
• Knowledge of call center (contact services industry), Quality background and best practices.
• Exposure to Quality models like Six Sigma, COPC, etc. is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to analyze interpret and address customer needs.
• Knowledge of PC and Office applications such as e-mail, MS Access and MS Excel.
• Proactive self starter
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
• Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
• Ability to work in a highly interdependent team in which the output is mission critical.
• Bachelor?s Degree with a minimum of two years related experience is a plus. Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any as mentioned below.
