We are looking to fill an IT BUSINESS ANALYST function. In this role you will empower the IT solution delivery team with insights and understanding of customers' business processes and unmet needs, all the while managing expectations and scope.
By taking on the IT BUSINESS ANALYST role you will build upon and lead the global delivery team's overall mission by facilitating and identifying business-, customer- and user needs translating these into appropriate documentation and visualizations of prototypes or solutions.
You will also be responsible to secure incorporation of customer or user feedback and quality assurance in order to maximize use and business value.
The placement of this position is flexible, meaning that you can be situated near our headquarter in Gothenburg, or near our regional hubs across the EMEA region.

Here are some of the key accountabilities for the role;
Responsibility to drive and support delivery team's overall mission with ownership of own and team's deliveries & performance of solution.
Drive deliveries in collaboration with the delivery team members to deliver on team commitments.
Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholders to clarify needs & solutions.
Responsible for development and documentation of customer profiles, needs, requirements & processes.
Develops scenarios, concepts and solutions based on business & user needs.
Responsible for preparation and execution of testing with users securing user satisfaction and validation of business value.
Contributes to development and implementation of the global IT strategy including digital vision & mission and digital technology innovation roadmap.
Develop and maintain expertise in relevant areas including requirement management, prototyping, customer & user testing methods, best practice and relevant technologies, applications and data.
If all that sounds appealing then here is what we would like you to demonstrate:
University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
Minimum 5 year's work experience in IT-solution development with focus understanding customer and user needs.
Strong ability to develop and present new ideas, concepts, approaches and solutions.
Extensive experience from documenting customer profiles & personas, customer needs and customer journeys.
Documented experience from developing new concepts and solutions, preferably visualizing these with prototypes at different development stages and testing these with users & customers.
Experience from agile development and DevOps methods.
Understanding of Design Thinking development methods.
Experience from applying digital technology creating business effect relevant in area of responsibility.
Technical experience in relevant platforms & technologies within the area of responsibility.
Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
