Business Analyst - Stockholm, Sweden
Global R&D Controlling provides insights into global R&D performance, across all product categories and geographies. We provide financial and business advice on key business planning assumptions and opportunities, with a proactive attitude and consumer-centric approach, in touch with the industry, its actors and economic factors.
A normal day at work:
• Support the CX Controlling team with business planning and audit processes, providing analytical and strategic support to internal customers across the business
• Support in the preparation of up-to-date reporting
• Support in calculating new KPIs and establishing reporting
• Preparation of cost calculation and cost analysis
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights into operational trends within your business
• Identify inefficiencies to improve business performance and perform supporting analyses
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting schedules and automate reporting processes
• Support process improvement efforts across the processes
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks to ensure your team manages their deliveries

The service requires:
• Academic degree in finance or similar
• Excellence in the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
• Merit with experience with SAP and Power BI
• Strong analytical skills
• Very proactive and self-motivated team players with great social skills
• Tech professionals with a strong interest in financial systems
• Master English fluently, additional languages are an advantage
What you get out of the program
• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary of SEK 25,000 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 28,000 gross salary per month.
