Job description
We are now looking for Business Analysts to be part of our Business Analyst Team in Sales Excellence. The Business Analyst Team plays a crucial role in developing digitized capabilities in the Sales functional area. Sales Excellence partner with key stakeholders, Market Areas, Business Areas, Lighthouses and Group Functions in the end-to-end sales process to drive systemic improvements, enable best practice sharing/alignment and provide a clear roadmap to deliver on our Sales Wanted Position.
The Business Analyst drives dialogues with a large network of stakeholders around the globe and has the analytical skill to understand their business needs. The ideal candidate has a combination of business knowledge, process experience, methodology skills, relevant IT skills and a winning personality that supports communication and business change management.
Business Analyst Responsibilities
Perform analyzes, present findings and develop recommendations together with Global Product owner and Ericsson sales organization.
Translate identified business needs to user stories for development.
Define solid acceptance criteria, and anchor with the team
Apply scaled agile practices to achieve business success
Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning
Support the Change Management team with content creation for training and activities relating to deployment and adoption
Interview business partners and end users/customers to understand their needs/pain points
Organize and facilitate team workshops (on-site or online)
Business Analyst Qualifications
University degree/MBA in Business or Engineering / ICT
1-3 years relevant experience as a Business Analyst
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience from working in a cross-functional environment
Experience in Agile ways of working
Strong customer focus and ability to understand customers' needs
Knowledge of Business Analysis best practices
Suitable certificates, like CBAP and SAFe, are an advantage
Experience in project management
Very good written and spoken English
