As a Business Analyst at E.ON you will be a part of a division that works with analysis and change. In this role you will help E.ON create value by translating the business capabilities required for achieving this into fitting IT solutions designs.
Concrete tasks to achieve this includes:
Support value proposition owners to define goals, scope and business case
Drive the work of breaking down value propositions into logical, self-contained components
Facilitate stakeholder workshops to create agreement and a shared understanding of business and solution requirements
Document business process designs and corresponding IT solution requirements so they are understood by all
Support several teams during development cycles by grooming, planning and clarifying stories and tasks to realize solution requirements
You will act as a bridge between architecture and business-driven agile development, working closely with solution Architects. As a Business Analyst you challenge existing business process designs to make best possible use of our platforms capabilities.

To be successful in the role you need to be social and like to be the link between different stakeholders and get the most out of every situation. You have a qualified background with relevant university degree and experience within the field. You probably work in a similar role today!
You are a person who has very good communications skills and you have the ability to collaborate actively across cultural and organizational boundaries. You are fluent in English and Swedish and have a strong analytical and structured way of thinking. Your attitude is characterized of entrepreneurship, always seeking for new opportunities.
