About the job The Project Management Team (PMO) within Group Payments & Cash Management (GPCM) is organized under Business Information Office (BIO) for GPCM. We are responsible for the IT project portfolio management including IT development plans, budget and follow up. We manage project development; mainly IT related projects in compliance with the Swedbank development process and other internal guidelines. Within PMO at GPCM BIO, there is a competence pool of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Test Managers and Business System Managers. We work with cross border projects as well as local development needs in our home markets. PMO ensures resource allocation for IT development projects in close co-operation with our counterparties at Swedbank Group IT.

As a Business Analyst, you are responsible for capturing, analyzing, documenting and communicating functional and non-functional requirements for system development and maintenance.

What you need to succeed We are looking for an analytical, open-minded, solution-oriented and strong team player who strive to work towards common goals. Moreover, prior experience in working with GPP-SP (Global PayPlus - Services Platform) is a necessary skillset in order to succeed in this role. The most important quality to possess in order to be successful in this role is the ability to understand business needs and translate them to IT development. However, we also want our ideal candidate to :

be open and attentive to alternate approaches, opinions and different means of working in order to accomplish results, despite setbacks.
have the ability to build confidence, both locally and cross-border.
have the ability to understand the relation between the 'big picture' and details.
be engaged in order to make things happen and contribute with a positive attitude, as well as willing to develop your own competences and skills.
be able to communicate in English, both orally and in written.
be well-versed with RTGS/Net settlement clearings in Europe, viz. Target1/Euro1/Step1/SEPA.
be well-versed on GPP-SP and have previously worked on GPP-SP implementations
be proficient with GPP-SP HV module as well as Mass Payments module.
have previously engaged in Requirements gathering, analysis of requirements and have designed solutions based on GPP-SP.
Meriting is knowledge in Enterprise Architecture. It is also an advantage if you have experience from working with agile projects.
