• **** Technical business analyst - OSS/BSS *****
The Business analyst - OSS/BSS is required to work for a Nordic telecommunications company. The objective for this role is to migrate the customer's BSS applications to Fujitsu, from the migration
process, from pre-migration, through migration and post migration covering physical migration, data migration and management activities.
You must have a strong solid background as a Business Analyst.The role demands an eye for detail and a strategic approach, will suit a methodical thinker. The candidate needs to be able to clearly
document the existing customer solution, solution gaps and have the ability to define the pros and cons of the solution with consideration to known business requirements. Strong knowledge of
enterprise platforms is needed; Customer Care, Billing, Revenue Assurance, CRM systems etc. Additionally, the business analyst will require established communication skills in English. Candidates with
a winning mentality and proven track record in meeting customer requirements and managing relationships would be at a distinct advantage.
