About the job We always strive to create the best user experience for our customers, whether it is developing digital services to increase sales, adjusting to new regulations or developing tools for our customer facing personnel.
You will be working with colleagues from both Sweden and the Baltic countries. You conduct your work the agile way, ensuring that we efficiently develop the right things with the goal to provide customer satisfaction and new business opportunities.
In the Business Analyst role you will be responsible for:
Acceptance test developed features before release.
Together with the Agile Product Owner work with requirements and relevant stakeholders.
Help Agile Product Owner to break down investment opportunities into MVP's and user stories in the back-log.
Anchor the backlog items with relevant stakeholders.
Describe acceptance criteria and make sure those are understandable to the rest of the team.
Help the team to deliver frequently potentially shippable products, iteratively and incrementally, maximizing opportunities for feedback and value.
Plan and estimate the work together with the team.
Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working.
What you need to succeed To succeed in this role you need to be passionate about digitalization and truly believe that success is something that can only be reached by working closely with others. This means that in addition to having knowledge about digital innovations and customer behaviors, you also have to be willing to learn from others as well as share your own knowledge and experiences.
The role also requires:
Be able to communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and in speech.
Be responsibility taking and self-motivating.
Have experience of working with deadlines and multiple simultaneously ongoing initiatives.
Familiar with agile methodologies
Know basic JIRA and Confluence
Have worked in sprints and agile teams
