Business Analyst - Customer Engagement Platform
In Lynk & Co the Customer Engagement Platform team is responsible to provide tools to Lynk & Co employees that enable us to deliver an efficient, personalized and contextualized end user experience.
What you'll do
• Partner with the Product Owner to identify opportunities and solutions for feature development on the Customer Engagement Platform
• Run Agile rituals, workshops, and refinement sessions to breakdown features into executable user stories
• Monitor and document implemented features, suggest improvements, and highlight risks
• Prepare functional specifications and develop solutions together with application experts
• New user training and product adoption Business analysis for new feature development
What you should have
• Start up and open mindset
• Proactive communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative environment
• Previous knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules or similar CRM tools
• Hands-on and willing to make things happen
• English is a MUST
